Rules and Regulations

Owners
and guests must follow the Beachloft house rules.
Report
any violations to Shore Management at 410-524-5760.

Parking
– Assigned parking passes must be displayed. Park in
assigned space only. Do not park in any other unit’s space /
designated non-parking areas or in handicapped parking areas.
Only owners with Red Tag Owners Parking tags may park in designated
fence area parking. Illegally parked autos will be
subject to fine and towing.

Dangerous
or Inappropriate Behavior –
Dangerous or Inappropriate Behavior is not allowed. Such behavior
may be reported to the police.

Noise
– No disruptive noises are to be made between 10:00pm
and 8:00am. particularly in the walkways and balconies. It is
unlawful to make noise at any time that disturbs others. (See Ocean
City Ordinance 1982-7)

Luggage
Carts – Carts are for the use of all and are to be
returned to the lobby immediately after use. No carts are to
be taken into units.

Elevator
– Do not tamper with elevator phone. Use only in emergency.

Railings
- Towels, blankets, clothing, etc., are not permitted to
be hung on the balcony or walkway railings. The board of directors
must approve hanging of any other objects. One flag is allowed given
the flag holder is obtained from the management company and the flag
meets size/spacing requirements. The flag must be hung within the
middle two sections of the railing.

Grills
- State, county and city fire regulations forbid the use of any type
of open fire (hibachis or barbeques) on any balcony. Violators are
subject to fine and prosecution by Ocean City.

Trash
- Trash chutes are located beside the elevator
doors. Bag trash in apartment before using the trash chute. Do not
place large or bulky items in the chute. Use trash chute between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. only. Carry large items to trash
bin in parking lot. For large items such as old appliances, etc.
contact city bulk pickup (ph # 410-524-0391) to have such items
removed.

Pets
– Renters are not permitted to have pets on the premises.
Owners are permitted to have pets, but are required to comply with
Ocean City laws.

Skate
Boarding - No skate boarding on the Beachloft property.

No Smoking Areas - There is “No
Smoking” in the lobby, stairwells and walkways.
*Failure
to follow rules can result in a $50.00 / day fine and /or eviction.
These
rules must be posted in each unit and given to the rental agency for
distribution to the tenants.
